sitting a top a small slope, away from the main cluster of buildings that make up ashmore academy is the van der rohe recreation center. It was constructed at the same time as the van der rohe library. The downstairs area is dedicated to the athletics, all of our gym equipment was just replaced this summer and is state of the art. There are several pieces of equipment designed specifically for each race.

ppstairs, is more of a student center. deveral rooms hosting everything from pool tables and fuse ball to XBOX 360 and a small theater for movie viewings.
